Qatar participated yesterday in the 149th session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh. HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi headed the delegation of Qatar to the meeting. (QNA)
