Alfardan Hospitality's Maya Doha, a modern Mexican Kitchen & Lounge, is re-launching its Friday brunch with a new concept. The Resaca brunch will be offered every Friday from 1pm to 4pm.
Signature dishes from the traditional guacamole, quesadillas, to the ceviche, among many others will be available on the menu. A few other exclusive dishes include the famous Birria Shot, made of beef broth, onion, and lime and the Chilaquiles en Salsa Verde, made of corn chips, green sauce, sour cream, sunny side up egg and cheese.
All the exclusive dishes are chef Sergio Pena’s creations, who is credited with bringing 'incredible flavours, with an authentic Mexican twist and touch, to Maya Doha’s kitchen, for the past three years.
Maya Doha is one of the three Richard Sandoval restaurants in Qatar, along with ‘Toro Toro’ and ‘Zengo.’
