The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in co-operation with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz S-Class model of 2021, due to the doors’ holders not matching manufacturer’s specification. It is possible that noise complaints may arise when opening and closing the doors.
The recall campaign comes within the framework of MoCI’s continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The MoCI said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that they carry out the necessary repairs.
