The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a six-hour closure for three nights on D-Ring Road in one direction, from Lulu Intersection to Nuaija Intersection (Mall Intersection) from September 9 midnight until 6am on September 12. The closure, implemented in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, will enable construction works, Ashghal has said in a tweet. Motorists can use the parallel service roads to reach their destinations. Left and U-turn at the LuLu Intersection will be closed while keeping the main carriageway and right turns open. Drivers can use Nuaija and Doha International Airport Intersections to reach their destinations. Ashghal will instal road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
