The Ministry of Municipality and Environment's (MME) office of the assistant undersecretary for municipalities affairs has conducted two workshops to introduce the necessary procedures and conditions to issue a license for election campaign advertisements, according to law no 6 for 2021 on the issuance of the Shura Council's Electoral System law and law no for 2012 on the Regulation and Control of the Placement of Advertising. The workshops were held with the participation of the Technical Affairs Departments at the municipalities and the co-ordinators approved in the advertisements licensing systems, in addition to the customer service offices at the municipalities. The workshop explained the necessary procedures and measures to prepare and design all the related advertisement licensing forms. The Shura Council election campaigning is set to start on September 15.
