Huawei recently refreshed the HUAWEI MateBook D series with the launch of the HUAWEI MateBook D15 that comes with a thin and light metal body, Eye Comfort HUAWEI FullView display, Intel Core processor, Super Device experience, SuperCharge and fingerprint power button.

The HUAWEI MateBook D15 provides a great portable productivity tool. It inherits Huawei’s "Pure Shape” minimalist design philosophy with a simple metal yet streamlined body. The classic Space Grey and the elegant Mystic Silver bring infinite imagination and beauty. Additionally, the HUAWEI MateBook D features a 15-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare display that retains the series’ signature FullView design, offering an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio with a 16:9 aspect ratio for immersive cinematic experiences. The display also has passed TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification and Flicker Free certifications for a more comfortable viewing experience.

Powered by the 10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor, the new HUAWEI MateBook D15 is a sleek device packed with powerful features. In terms of graphics card, the 10th Intel® Core™ Processor is integrated with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics that is meticulously calibrated by Intel. The new HUAWEI MateBook D15 is also equipped with up to 8GB RAM that uses a dual channel design for smooth processing of multiple tasks.

The HUAWEI MateBook D15 falls under the range of Super Device Products Huawei recently launched. This laptop can connect wirelessly with compatible tablets like the all-new HUAWEI MatePad 11 and with monitors like the HUAWEI MateView via a USB-C cable providing you with futuristic multi-device collaboration and cross-device file sharing with simple drag and drop between the trio. Users can connect the laptop with the HUAWEI MateView via cable to have an extra screen providing them with an immersive viewing space.  On the other hand, when you wirelessly project the HUAWEI MatePad 11 to the HUAWEI MateBook D15 via Huawei Share you get to enjoy the new features of the Tablet-PC Multi-screen Collaboration that come with three modes; Mirror, Extend and Collaborate. Tearing down the boundaries that separate tablets and laptops, Huawei Share enriches and elevates what you could possibly do with the new HUAWEI MateBook D15 and other connected devices, empowering you and definitely letting you to be more productive and creative than before.

One of the common drawbacks of laptops are the battery life and charging speed. Thankfully, Huawei tackles this point with a 65W AC adapter with a detachable USB Type-C cable. A 15-minute charging session provide enough charge for the HUAWEI MateBook D 15 to run for up to two hours.  A recurring feature that you would like seeing on the HUAWEI MateBook D15 is the inclusion of the fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
