The country is expected to witness a "noticeable rise" in relative humidity until the middle of this week due to a shift in wind direction to easterly, the Qatar Met department has said.
In a post on social media on Sunday, the department said the winds will range in speed from light to moderate at times.
There are chances of misty to foggy conditions in some areas late at night and early in the morning, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday, causing low horizontal visibility of less than 2km.
"Please be careful and follow latest updates through our official accounts," the department advised.
Today's detailed forecast says hazy to misty conditions are expected in some places at first, followed by a hot day and humid conditions by night.
The temperature is likely to range from 33-40C in Doha today.
