The Institution of Engineers (India) Qatar chapter has signed a memorandum of understanding with Engineers Australia - Qatar chapter.
The agreement signing ceremony was conducted in a hybrid mode owing to the unusual circumstances and prevailing restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It was signed by Abdul Sathar on behalf of IEI Qatar chapter and Mahmoud Fahmy on behalf of Engineers Australia - Qatar chapter in the presence of Angelina Premalatha, consular of Indian Embassy; and Jonathan Muir, Australian envoy.
The event was felicitated by Nasser Jeham al-Kuwari, former chief executive of QChem and QAFAC; Dr Abdulla Y al-Sayed, president, Lean Construction Institute – Qatar; and Ahmed Jassim al-Jolo, former president, Arab Federation of Engineers.
