DPS-Modern Indian School (DPS-MIS) recently organised a staff felicitation ceremony to acknowledge and appreciate the dedication and commitment of its teaching and non-teaching staff for their more than a decade of services.
Hassan Chougule, DPS-MIS president, was the chief guest on the occasion.
The event was also attended by Yasir Nainar, vice president; Harish Kanjani, director facilities; principal Asna Nafees, vice principals, headmistresses and co-ordinators.
Nainar appreciated the teachers for their quick adaptability to the changes required during the global health crisis and sustaining quality education.
Chougule congratulated the awardees.
“This is the celebration of trust and partnership and speaks volumes about the work culture at the institution,” he said.
The principal stated that every member of the DPS-MIS family believes in continual development and strives for excellence.
As many as 30 teaching and non-teaching staff members received the token of appreciation for their long years of service. Principal Nafees received the award on completion of 10 years with the school.
Among the current principals, she is the longest-serving principal of any of CBSE school in Qatar.
