Israeli forces Monday shot and wounded two villagers of al-Jiftlik, north of Jericho, according to local sources.
Head of al-Jiftlik Village Council, Ahmad Ghawanmeh, said that Israeli troops opened fire at two villages, a 16-year-old minor and a 35-year-old man, while attempting to detain them after breaking into their houses in the village, wounding them.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces Monday morning demolished several structures in the village of Deir Sharaf, west of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to local sources.
Israeli army also deployed military hardware near Tayaseer village, east of Tubas city in the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources.
It also placed military tanks on the eastern side of the village in preparation for conducting military exercises there.
