Career Assistance Research and Education (CARE), an initiative of Youth Forum Qatar, a social-cultural non-profit organisation based in Qatar, run by a group of enthusiastic young professionals, is organizing ‘Career Guidance Program’ online on June 5 (today) at 7pm.
CARE focuses on career and skills development. CARE has been helping young professionals in career advancement and skills development for more than nine years. CARE also frequently organises career guidance programmes, resume creation workshops, interview tips, in addition to providing updates on latest job vacancies in Qatar.
The current event focuses on job aspirants who will benefit from its two sessions. ‘Understanding LinkedIn for Professional Career’ will be led by renowned educationist and career consultant Faris Mahamood, who is an architect by profession.
Qatar has seen numerous reforms in the labour laws recently and has been progressing. Expats who are unaware of these recent changes would hear from Advocate Jauhar Babu, legal counsel at Essa Al Sulaiti Law Firm, who will handle the queries and will detail the recent changes and developments in the laws during the second session, entitled ‘Understanding Recent Updates in Qatar Labor Law’.
