Writing a research paper is one thing but getting it internationally published is another. It is the pinnacle of every research endeavour.
Getting researches internationally published is nothing new to Philippine School Doha (PSD) since it has been internationally- acclaimed and referenced.
However what makes this year’s achievement noteworthy is the school’s success rate on its publication bid. An astounding 24 out of 24 research entries by PSD's senior high school department were accepted in various international publications.
The hundred-percent success ratio fortifies the school’s vision-mission of strengthening research skills and advancing academic careers among its students.
Moreover, three of the researches from the junior high school department also made it to global publication.
Dr Lorina Villanueva, vice principal of Research Development, Accreditation and Publication Office (RDAPO) pointed out that this is the highest forum any research paper can attain with the studies shared by research enthusiasts globally.
“PSD teachers are master’s degree graduates as well as doctorate degree holders who are qualified to endeavour into research themselves and are qualified to advise students to be like them,” Villanueva stressed when asked what inspired PSD to be a research- advocate school.
Villanueva encouraged PSDians to continue nurturing their inquisitive minds so that they would be self-fulfilled individuals having no regrets about the things that they failed to do.
