Noodles

 

Ingredients:

350 g noodles

3 cups of shredded cabbage

1 large shredded onion

4 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1/3 cup Soy sauce

1 tbsp Sriracha

2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp Tomato paste

1 tsp Paprika

1 cup Shrimps

Olive oil

 

Method:

Better than takeout it's so flavourful.

First boil the noodles based on the instructions given on it than sieve it and keep 1/3 cup of the noodle water. Next, add a good amount of olive oil in a pan add the cabbage. Let it fry before adding sliced onion till golden. Remove the cabbage and onion and add the shrimps and let it cook. In another pan add some olive oil, paprika, tomato paste, soy sauce, teriyaki, sriracha, sweet soy sauce and noodle water and let it boil a bit. Then add in the noodles and fried cabbage onion, shrimps and mix all.

Top it with some seaweed and enjoy.
