Mall of Qatar (MoQ) collaborated with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) to organise a PCR test campaign for all its employees, tenants, cleaners and security guards as part of its Covid-19 preventive measures to maintain staff and public safety.
The campaign ran for three consecutive days by dedicated crews from the MoPH. It aimed to ensure that all staff and employees within the mall are healthy and don’t have any Covid-19 symptoms, which comes as part of the national efforts to prevent the spread of the virus and take precautions, especially for the staff with direct contact with the public, MoQ said in a statement.
"Mall of Qatar reassures that the safety of all visitors and staff is its utmost priority to secure a safe and comfortable shopping experience. Mall of Qatar always adopts the highest levels of preventive measures, including regular and deep sanitation of all premises, hand sanitisers, and handrail sanitisers for escalators," the statement noted.
All mall visitors should show their Ehteraz green code, get their temperature checked by advanced thermal cams, wear masks properly and always maintain social distancing.
