The Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Woqod Vehicles inspections (Fahes) have announced the working hours during Eid holidays.
MoI said the working hours of its departments during the Eid al-Fitr holidays, which start Sunday. The MoI’s security departments and Traffic Investigation sections will work 24/7 during the Eid holidays, the ministry said in a tweet Saturday. Service-oriented departments, such as Nationality and Travel Documents, Passports, Traffic and Fingerprint services, will be working from 8am until 12 noon.
For Woqod Vehicles inspections (Fahes) the holiday will be from from Sunday to Tuesday. During the holidays, Fahes will operate two stations, Mazrooah and Wakra starting from Sunday until the last day of Ramadan from 8am to 12pm. These Fahes stations will also operate from May 16 to 18 from 8am to 12pm. Gates will close at 11:45am.
