Ooredoo has announced yet another way in which its business customers can access its services with the introduction of a WhatsApp ordering facility.
As part of its vision of ‘enriching people’s digital lives,’ and to further support customers as the Covid-19 pandemic situation continues, the telco leader’s business customers can now use WhatsApp to place orders.
B2B customers can quickly and easily place an order via the dedicated WhatsApp line on 4414 1111, simply by detailing the order and attaching the necessary documents.
The dedicated WhatsApp line for business customers will be available from 7am until 10pm, seven days a week, with a team of experts on hand to offer advice and assistance.
Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Nasser al-Thani, chief commercial officer at Ooredoo, said: “We’re delighted to offer yet another way in which our business customers can quickly, easily, and efficiently place orders with us to access or modify services.
“We understand running a business is time-consuming, and, in our pursuit of complete customer satisfaction, we are committed to doing what we can to enable customers to free up time for other priorities.”
He added: “This new initiative, which extends the digital channels available to our customers, also fits perfectly with our goal of complete digitalisation in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.”
Business customers can leverage the Ooredoo Advantage, making Ooredoo ‘Best for Business’, thanks to its breadth and depth of talent, best fixed and mobile networks, broadest portfolio of ICT services and solutions, and trusted partner for 60 years.
