Qatar Airways Holidays has welcomed the Greek government’s announcement to reinstate the issuance of tourism visas, which will allow many of its customers to obtain the necessary entry permit and plan a fantastic ‘Summer in Greece’ vacation.
Qatar Airways Holidays’ package ‘Summer in Greece’ offers an “amazing” travel opportunity within the current international travel restrictions.
Qatari citizens and residents, who have completed the Covid-19 vaccination, can enjoy the splendour of Greek summer in Athens and Mykonos and a quarantine-free return to Doha.
Travellers can choose to spend summer holidays in Athens, exploring unique archaeological areas, scenic neighbourhoods and beautiful beaches around the Attica peninsula, or visit Mykonos - the island synonymous with fun and entertainment - and indulge in beautiful pristine beaches and picturesque views.
The holiday offer starts at QR4,380 per person, for three nights and includes flights, daily breakfast, transfers, and local assistance for sightseeing and excursions.
Travellers can benefit from the custom-designed packages, saving up to 40% off the normal price at the two world-famous destinations.
The offer is for travel between May 14 and September 30.

Following the announcement by the Greek Minister of Tourism, the Embassy of Greece in Qatar has begun accepting applications for visas from April 25.
