Al Khor and Al Thakhira Municipality, in co-operation with the Public Cleanliness Department, carried out campaigns to remove waste and clean various sites within its jurisdiction. The municipality has urged citizens and residents to abide by the provisions of the Public Hygiene Law and not to leave any waste in undesignated places, in order to avoid legal accountability.
