Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) Department at College of the North Atlantic – Qatar (CNA-Q) announced its new partnership with Bradfield Learning and Development, the UK expert Institute in people development during a virtual ceremony.
This collaboration is set to offer CPE clients in Qatar levels 3, 5 and 7 of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) certifications for HR professional as blended sessions or online.
The three-year partnership is one of several steps that CPE plans to take in order to expand its offerings and provide advanced and internationally accredited training programmes.
“CNA-Q initiates many programmes and partnerships that efficiently respond to market needs in Qatar," president Dr Salem al-Naemi said.
"Joining hands with the reputable skills training firm Bradfield, represents our commitment in supporting the human development pillar of the Qatar National Vision 2030," he explained.
"Now more than ever, private and governmental sectors are focused on empowering their workforce and strengthening their skills to reach better efficiency and achieve higher results.
"Human Resources Professionals serve as an important pillar of this workforce and helping them operate with the right skills is very important,” Dr al-Naemi added.
