Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Mali Zeini Moulaye has received a written message from HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani, pertaining to the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and developing them.
