His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met at Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday with a visiting delegation of mayors of a number of US cities.

The delegation included Mayor of Miami, Florida, Francis Suarez, who is also the Second Vice President of the US Conference of Mayors; Mayor of Quincy, Illinois, Kyle Moore; and Mayor of Rochester Hills, Michigan, Bryan Barnett.

The meeting dealt with reviewing the strategic friendship and co-operation ties between Qatar and the friendly United States, in addition to discussing issues of joint interest. (QNA)
