Strong winds are again expected in the country Monday during the daytime, the Qatar Met department has said, while also forecasting windy conditions and high seas in offshore areas.
The wind speed will be 22-32 knots offshore and gusting to 36 knots at times, while inshore it will be 18-28 knots and decreasing to 8-18 knots by the evening.
The detailed forecast says moderate temperature is expected during the daytime and there will be slight to blowing dust in some areas at times, while it will be relatively cold by night.
Slight dust is likely at times offshore, and the sea level may rise to 13ft in some places. The temperature is expected to range from 21-29C in Doha Monday.
Different parts of Qatar, including Doha, witnessed windy conditions Sunday and blowing dust led to a drop in visibility in some areas. The temperature also dropped sharply from Saturday's levels.
