The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a six-month closure of Ali Bin Omar Al Attiya Street in one direction from Al Meena Intersection to Al Rafaa (Sana Intersection) and the closure of Museum Park Street in one direction from Al Mutaaf Intersection to Al Mutaaf Roundabout from March 5.
The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to complete the works of the Central Doha and Corniche Beautification-Package 2. During the closure, traffic on Ali Bin Omar Al Attiya Street will be diverted to the other direction with two lanes in each direction. Entrance and exit for residential and commercial buildings will be provided during the project.
