The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) and the United Nations Children's Fund (Unicef) signed on Monday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen co-operation on matters related to early childhood issues. The MoU was signed, in the presence of HE the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs Yousef bin Mohamed al-Othman Fakhro, by Assistant Undersecretary for Social Affairs of the ministry Ghanem Mubarak al-Kuwari and Unicef head of office in Qatar Anthony MacDonald. The MoU focuses on co-operation and exchange of experiences, information and studies related to children and ways to develop joint work.
