The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a 12-hour partial closure from dawn Friday of Wadi Musheireb Street in one direction from Al Koot Fort Intersection until Nasser bin Khaled Intersection in addition to closing Nasser bin Khaled Intersection except for right turns. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is part of the A-Ring Road Upgrade Project. Traffic from Al Diwan Street can turn right at Nasser bin Khaled Intersection, continue on Salwa Road and make U-turn at Ibn Seena Intersection. Traffic from Ali bin Abdulla Intersection or Al Asmakh Street can continue to Al Jasra Intersection, turn left to Al Rayyan Road than right to Al Diwan Intersection to reach there destinations. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
