While looking forward to bringing in the elements of Qatari culture and heritage in interior designing, Interior Treasures and famous local artist Ahmed al-Maadeed have launched their unique partnership at an event in Al Asmakh Tower.
The function marked launching a limited edition furniture set 'Corner of Peace', a chair, table and a painting with handcrafted wooden frame, painted by al-Maadheed. While attending the event, the artist said he is glad to join hands with Interior Treasures and asserted that his works highlight the Qatari heritage and culture.
Showcased in the Interior Treasures offices/showroom, the set is available for sale. Marieux van den Broek, founder, and owner of Interior Treasures Design Group, said the Limited-edition Furniture collection, which will be launched on February 21, can be viewed on www.Interior-Treasures-Collection.com. The works will be available for private viewings by appointment only and those who wish to view can contact number +974 3128 3888.
Based on the relationship which started from their mutual admiration and appreciation of each other’s work and principles, Interior Treasures and al-Maadheed have designed the limited pieces furniture collection. Interior Treasures will produce the furniture with unique materials and implement the artwork of Ahmed.
The two parties will also start working on custom interior projects. with a creative legacy, imbued with the spirit of Qatar, to leave a lasting impact on the world.
Interior Treasures, established in 1978 in the Netherlands, designs, manufactures and installs projects of the highest quality concentrating especially in the residential, corporate and luxury yacht markets.
