The Ministry of Municipality and Environment's (MME) Public Gardens Department in co-operation with the Hamad Medical Corporation's (HMC) Health Professions Awareness and Volunteering Programme conducted an event in the outer arena of the Heart Hospital as part of the one-million tree planting event. Hamad al-Khalifa (chief, Health Facilities Development Health Facilities Development), Dr Abdullatif al-Khal (chair, National Health Strategic Group on Covid-19 and head of Infectious Diseases, HMC), Dr Mohamed al-Nama (deputy chief executive, Heart Hospital), Dr Nidal Assad (medical director, Heart Hospital), the General Gardens Department director Mohamed al-Khori and other officials from MME and HMC were present.
