5. The inability to show feelings of sympathy, and therefore he is unable to understand the feelings and needs of others.

2.Relaxation and rest: by following some methods to relieve tension and psychological pressures such as meditation, yoga.
3. Family: Family must participate in the treatment by providing a comfortable family atmosphere for the narcissist, and maintaining family ties.
4. Psychotherapy: One of the most difficult treatment methods used in the treatment of narcissistic personality is psychotherapy, because they do not admit that they are complaining about any wrongdoing, and one of the advantages of psychotherapy is that it fixes the patient’s relations with those around him, strengthens family bonds, and encourages them to communicate with others, and the relationships become more intimate and sincere, and psychotherapy helps the narcissist to understand his emotions, increase his confidence in others, reduces his contempt for them, increases his ability to regulate his feelings, understands issues that affect his self-esteem, and persuades him to give up dreams that are difficult to achieve.
