Weather inshore Tuesday night until 6am on Wednesday will be relatively cold with some clouds at times and misty to foggy at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of low horizontal visibility at places later.

Offshore, it will be hazy and partly cloudy, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea at some places.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 04 to 14 knot.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot reaching to 25 knot at some places.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 2 kilometers or less at places later.

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 3 to 6 feet surging to 8 feet at some places.
