Doha
The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a partial closure on Al Wukair Road’s service road in one direction from Friday (January 22) for two months.
The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to enable completion of upgrading works on Al Wukair Road.
The closure will take place for 0.3 km from Gate 1 to Gate 2 of Al Wakra Hospital while keeping the access to the hospital open and diverting the existing traffic to Gate 3 and the other gates as part of the Interim Road Improvements in Doha South-Phase 2.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and urged all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
