The joint committee of the Services and Public Utilities Committee and the Internal and External Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held on Wednesday a meeting under its Rapporteur HE Mohamed bin Mahdi al-Ahbabi.
During the meeting, the committee studied the Decree Law No. 23 of 2019, amending some provisions of Law No. 21 of 2015 regulating the entry and exit of expatriates and their residence, in the presence of Director General of the Department of Passports Brigadier Mohamed Ahmed al-Ateeq and Director of Legal Affairs Department Brigadier Salem Saqr al-Muraikhi as representatives of the Ministry of Interior.
The committee decided to complete its study at the next meeting.
