The Institute of Criminal Studies at the Public Prosecution organised the third foundation course for preparing assistant public prosecutors. Thirty-three assistant public prosecutors are participating in the one-year course which includes a theoretical study of penal and procedural laws and other laws related to the public prosecution, as well as practical training and field visits to prisons, forensic medicine, forensic evidence and the crime scene.
The assistants are trained by an elite group of prosecutors, professors and experts in this field. The Public Prosecution is always working to develop the capabilities and performance of its members of all ranks by holding foundational and refresher courses with the aim of preparing cadres and leaders who will take the responsibility for criminal cases and establishing and achieving justice for all.
