Qatar National Library( QNL) has been selected to host the 17th International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) Interlending and Document Supply (ILDS) Conference from October 4 to 7, 2021. The successful bid is the result of close co-operation with Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC), which provides support and commitment in promoting this event.
The ILDS conference will bring international delegates from around the world, to discuss innovative practices, strategies, and experiences in the field of interlending and document supply. The ILDS service is an integral component of the global information network, which consists of national, academic, public, private, and scientific libraries, provides users with access to print and digital collections in diverse languages and formats from around the world.
