The College of Science and Engineering (CSE) at Hamad Bin Khalifa University hosted the 12th International Exergy Energy and Environment Symposium (IEEES-12) virtually from December 20-24.
The prestigious global symposium brought together academics, scientists, engineers, and others working on sustainable energy systems, with the aim of promoting the exchange of high-quality research results that can help develop new policies and scientific progress towards achieving sustainable development. IEEES-12 placed a focus on green transportation and sustainable mobility, especially the latest developments in desalination technologies and green vehicles. The virtual IEEES-12 was co-organised with Kahramaa as a strategic partner, and sponsored by Qatar National Research Fund.
CSE offers 13 innovative degrees at the bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels. The degrees span three divisions that address the criticality of the region’s upcoming challenges.
