Media Pen in association with Ideal Indian School (IIS) and Radio Malayalam 98.6 FM recently conducted a review programme named ‘Reflections on Qatar Indian School Festival – Kalanjali 2019.’
The programme was initiated to review the memories of Kalanjali 2019 and to remind that Kalanjali 2020 had been postponed due to pandemic and it would happen in 2021. As a part of the programme, a formal function was conducted and the memory video was also launched.
Kiran Binoy Das from Bhavan’s Public School performed a classical dance. IIS president Dr Hassan Kunhi M P, who was the chief guest, offered his full support for Kalanjali 2021. Hassan A K Chougule, chairman of Kalanjali 2019 and president of DPS Modern Indian School in a video message said such events will help the students to develop their skills.
Syed Shoukath Ali, Kalanjali 2019 general convener and IIS principal; Binu Kumar, Kalanjali 2019 general co-ordinator and general manager of Media Pen; Noufel, marketing head of 98.6 FM; Mohamed Ibrahim, Kalanjali 2019 co-ordinator; representatives from IIS, Media Pen officials, parents, and students were also present on the occasion.
