Weather inshore tonight until 6am on Friday will be slightly cloudy, misty at places later and cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore, it will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy, warning of strong wind and high sea by dawn.

Wind inshore will be southwesterly to southeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot. Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot becoming 15 to 25 knot by dawn.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging 2 to 4 feet by dawn. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet surging 4 to 8 feet by dawn.
