Award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant Zengo has introduced a variety of new flavours, featuring an artful blend of Asian styles with influences from around the world.
The newcomers include dishes like the Hamachi New Style Tiradito with fragrant truffle ponzu, a Canadian Lobster Tempura served with a refreshing citrus mayo, and the Lobster Roll, according to a statement.
Another interesting dish is the Korean Lamb, made with a tender lamb sous vide and served with a Korean sauce, perfectly showcasing Zengo’s essence of creating a fusion of Asia with different parts of the world.
The new dishes are available on the a la carte menu Sunday to Friday from 12 noon to 11pm at Zengo, located 61 floors above Doha’s ever-evolving skyline, at the Kempinski Residences and Suites, Doha.
