Most people suffer from many life problems that negatively affect all aspects of their lives, and their psychological, family, social and professional stability, as these problems constitute the dark side of all life affairs, which calls for the need to find ways to deal with them, to avoid their exacerbation. In order to mitigate its negative impact, in what follows I will mention the mechanism for proper handling of problems and achieving happiness despite their existence.
Tips to be happy despite the problems you have:

1. Convince yourself that these problems are temporary and will soon end and their negative impact will demolish with time, as this reduces your tension and anxiety towards the problem, and enhances your ability to think clearly which allows you to find appropriate solutions to it.
2. Determine the exact causes of the problem, and search for the best solutions that have been proven effective in previous similar experiences.
3. Exercising regularly, to ensure negative energy is eliminated and to avoid its accumulation.
4. Constant optimism, and surrounding oneself with positive people who have innovative ideas that are far from pessimistic.
5. Don’t listen to others and their negativity, as focusing on people’s opinions and comments increases unhappiness and makes problems worse.
6. Interact positively with the environment in which you live in, make yourself a group of good friends, participate in charity work and volunteer work that increases your love for yourself and the love of others for you.
7. Do not hide your feelings, express yourself clearly and frankly, as permanent silence increases psychological pressure and suppression, which worsens the psychological state.
8. Get enough sleep, and be sure to regulate your biological clock, as this increases the stability of your psychological state, your ability to sound positive thinking, and increases the efficiency of your mental abilities, which in turn increases your ability to solve problems.
9. Make sure to drink water in sufficient quantities, at least two litres per day, because dehydration of the body increases the tendency to depression.
10. Stop blaming yourself.
Now, devote yourself to happiness by allocating each week to implement these tips, till you reach a point when you have mastered all!
