The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a four-hour closure for the access road to Doha from Al Rayyan at Bani Hajer Interchange from Thursday midnight to Friday 4am.

The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to enable road works as part of Khalifa Avenue Project.

Road users coming from Al Rayyan and heading towards Doha will have to use Bani Hajer Underpass, make a U-turn at Al Shahama traffic light and then take the exit towards Doha.

Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
