Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, colonel-in-chief of the Yorkshire Regiment, taking the salute as 400 soldiers from the 3rd Battalion, The Yorkshire Regiment, marched through Warminster. The defence ministry reported that the Yorkshire Regiment is departing for a nine-month tour in Afghanistan. The town of Warminster came to see off the regiment who are about to deploy to the warzone.
