Award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hakkasan Doha is launching an exclusive festive menu from Monday until December 30.
"The festive menu is inspired by an evergreen that endures through winter season, the pine being an emblem of longevity and strength in adversity.
"Guests will be able to experience a world-class culinary experience with this specially curated menu," a press statement issued by Alfardan Hospitality noted.
The Pine menu will include a brand new selection of iconic Hakkasan Dim Sum, a Wagyu beef bun paired with fragrant black truffle giving it a rich finish, and a Cherrywood smoked chicken with crystalised rose.
These are just a couple of the dishes that will feature during December.
There will be two price options for guests; QR428 per person, including a welcome mocktail, soft drinks and tea, or QR598 per person, including a welcome drink, enhanced beverages, soft drinks and tea.
The menu will be available every night from tomorrow until December 30, from 6pm to 11.30pm.
This New Year’s Eve, Hakkasan Doha is presenting an exclusive set menu to "perfectly close out 2020".
"Whether with friends or family, Hakkasan invites you to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year in a perfect atmosphere to ring in the new year in style.
"Guests will have the chance to savour many exclusive dishes not available on the regular a la carte menu," the statement points out.
New Year’s Eve steamed Dim Sum platter, crispy-fry silver cod with chilli sauce, and Kumquat chocolate with a refreshing blood orange sorbet are just a few of the dishes exclusively available during that evening.
Guests can enjoy this limited-edition menu for QR398 per person with an additional QR300 for enhanced beverages.
The menu will be available only on December 31, from 6pm to midnight.
Hakkasan Doha is located inside The St Regis Doha.
Founded in 2001, Hakkasan celebrates authentic Cantonese cuisine through traditional techniques, taking inspiration from both contemporary and ancient China.
The exclusive festive experience at Hakkasan is a "great way to discover new dishes with unique flavour combinations influenced by local and seasonal ingredients just for the month of December", the statement adds.
