HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi met on Wednesday with the outgoing Cuban ambassador to Qatar Emilio Caballero Rodriguez.
HE al-Hammadi extended thanks to the ambassador for his efforts in promoting and developing the bilateral relations, and wished him success in his future duties.
