A formation of a tropical depression in the southwest of the Arabian Sea is expected during the next two days, said Gulf Marine Center in Qatar Friday.
The depression is moving its center west towards the continent of Africa and the Gulf of Aden with chance of a cumulative flow towards the coast of Sultanate of Oman said the statement posted on social media. 
A depression gets classified as a tropical storm and gets a name when the wind speed around the center reaches at least 34 kt.
