The State of Qatar participated Thursday in the extraordinary meeting of the 46th Technical Council of the GCC Standardization Organization, which was held via video conference.
The State of Qatar was represented in the meeting by assistant Chairman of Qatar General Organization for Standards and Metrology (QS) Eng. Nawaf Ibrahim Al Hamad Al Mana, with the participation of President of the GCC Standardization Organization and heads of standardization bodies in GCC member countries.
The meeting discussed the memo submitted by the Presidency of the GCC Standardization Organization regarding the organization's budget for the fiscal year 2021 and the provisions and chapters of the budget were presented and discussed in detail to be submitted to the ministerial committee for approval.
