Maya, the modern Mexican Kitchen & Lounge, has introduced an authentic Fajita Feast experience every Saturday from 5pm-10pm.
The experience provides guests with an interactive journey through Mexican cuisine and culture, according to a press statement issued by Alfardan Hospitality.
Guests can choose from a selection of endless flame grilled fajitas, including chicken, brisket, fish or prawn served in a sizzling skillet, alongside Mexican rice, charro beans, sour cream and a delicious red sauce. The Fajita Feast menu is priced at QR179 per person, and is the “ideal way to spend a relaxed Saturday with friends and family, rediscovering Mexican classics”, the statement notes. 
Chef Sergio, head chef of Maya, said: “Fajitas are one of the ultimate dishes when it comes to Mexican cuisine, so we are happy to offer them in an all-you-can-eat style as we would do in Mexico. It is bringing the real ‘fiesta’ spirit.” 
For everyone who is more of a Taco lover, Maya has an authentic Taco Tuesday tradition with some of the best Mexican vibes in town. Taco Tuesday includes a selection of signature tacos for QR15 per piece or their Taquiza platter with eight varieties of delicious tacos for QR110.
