Ooredoo Qatar on Tuesday informed that its mobile services had been completely restored. "Dear customers, our mobile services have now been completely restored and it's back to business as usual," the company said in a statement on Twitter.
"Our engineers and experts worked round the clock to identify and address the problems we experienced, and all our customers should now be able to access their mobile services as normal," according to the statement issued Tuesday afternoon. "In the unlikely event you're still facing issues, please reset your device to enjoy uninterrupted service," Ooredoo advised.
"We'll continue to monitor performance closely to ensure optimal experience for everyone, and will provide more details on the situation in the next couple of days," the statement continued. "Thank you for your patience and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused."
