The Department of Meteorology in its daily weather report warned of thundery rain associated with strong winds and blowing dust at places at times Wednesday.
Weather inshore until 6pm will be hazy at places at first and can become relatively hot daytime with scattered clouds and chance of rain, said the report.
Offshore, it will be scattered clouds at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 knot at first becomes northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knot reaches 28 knot with thundery rain.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knot. 
Visibility will be 4 to 8/3km or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet.
