Qatar Chamber participated in the 47th meeting of the executive committee of the Federation of GCC Chambers (FGCCC) held virtually on Monday.
Assistant director general for Government Relations and Committees Affairs Ali Bu Sherbak al-Mansouri and economic expert Dr Mohamed Ebrahim represented the Chamber at the meeting.
The virtual event reviewed ways of fostering co-operation between GCC chambers and the GCC General Secretariat in terms of global economic relations.
The meeting’s agenda included ratification of the minutes of the 46th meeting of the executive committee held on November 2019 and follow up of its recommendations.
It also discussed decisions made during the 52nd meeting of the FGCCC and the annual report on revenues and expenses and final accounts of the FGCCC General Secretariat for 2018, as well as the appointment of an auditor for 2020 and the annual report for 2019.
The meeting also discussed the agenda of the 53rd meeting of FGCCC to be held on November 11, 2020 and agenda of the 48th meeting of the executive committee.
