Dr Ahsan Pachisa played fabulous golf to emerge victorious in the 195th monthly golf tournament organised by Qatar Golf Lovers at the Doha Golf Club over the weekend.
Akshay Randeva was declared runner-up of the competition that was played on a “Four Club Challenge” format where players were allowed to play with only four clubs in their bag. Dr Amitav Mitra won the ‘longest putt’ award, and Kumar Natarajan won the ‘closest to rope’ award.
QGL president Manoj Megchiani gave away prizes to all the winners. Vice-president Sanjay Jain welcomed 13 new members to the club who are currently undergoing coaching organised by QGL. He wished them good luck and is eager to see them participating in the next tournament.
