Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC) participated in the 8th virtual Arab e-Government Directors meeting yesterday. In a tweet the MoTC said the meeting was organised by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and discussed the plans and initiatives of Arab countries in the field of digital government. Mashael Ali al-Hammadi, acting assistant undersecretary of Government Information Technology at MoTC, presented a working paper on ‘Digital Transformation in Qatar’ in the meeting.
